What Is It Like Working At GrowTraffic?

We always say we want to be the sort of employer we would like to work for. The management structure is flat, the working week is flexible, and the duties are fluid.

Each of the GrowFos – as we lovingly call our team members – has an equal say in the running of the company. We don’t have secrets and we know everyone brings valuable insight into the business. It is a truly collaborative effort. We are super ambitious and loyal to each other and the company.

We are all working together for the good of GrowTraffic and the good of each other. This means we all work very hard, often dynamically, to make sure we provide the absolute best service and results to our clients. We don’t believe in ‘that’s not my job’. We all muck in where we can.

Often, those with the least experience bring a fresh perspective. There are plenty of development opportunities with us because of this. Team members are free to request training in a certain area or bring new skills. We are all constantly learning and developing our own skills and knowledge.

GrowTraffic was established by one of the UK's leading SEO consultants, has been grown through the blood, sweat and tears of the whole team and we operate at the cutting edge of digital. The GrowFos are a passionate bunch and it is the tenacity of our team that has enabled us to go from strength to strength.

Working at GrowTraffic is exciting. It's fast-paced and diverse. Sometimes it is a little stressful. But we all absolutely bloody love it.

What Are The Benefits Of Working At GT?

We have a truly flexible approach to working. It isn't flexi-time, it is more than that. Your home life, physical health and mental wellbeing are more important than your work life, so we help you prioritise that. For that reason, we give five fully paid days off at Christmas, as well as the usual holiday allowance. Sick pay, time off for volunteering, and the ability to change your hours let you put your life first and your work second.
