We have exciting growth plans for the business and we are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our fast-growing team in Bacup, Rossendale.
We’re looking for someone with technical digital experience, who has a passion for PPC, is used to managing SEO campaigns, is strategic, and who knows how to manage a client account.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and working campaigns that deliver results for a wide range of clients.

Account Management – you will pro-actively manage a portfolio of client accounts, whilst maintaining a commercial and strategic focus for each campaign.
Strategies – you will be responsible for developing and implementing unique search strategies.
Relationships – you will build strong relationships with your clients so you have a deep understanding of your client's businesses, including their brand, sector, competitors and targets.
Teamwork – we've developed an awesome culture at GrowTraffic and you will be a core part of the team. You will help guide other members of the team, transferring skills and knowledge, whilst encouraging them to achieve their best.
Keeping Up To Date – you will keep up to date with the latest developments in both the SEO and PPC world.
Contributions – you will play an active role in the growth of client accounts but also in GrowTraffic's growth as a business.
Experience – you should have at least three years experience in digital marketing agency roles and be comfortable with managing multiple clients.
Technical – you should have experience with WordPress, have some HTML and CSS knowledge, understand DNS setup, be able to use Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, as well as other search analytics packages.
Analytical – you should have the ability to interpret data and trends, and develop campaigns off the back of your research.
Communication – you should be comfortable engaging with your clients, reporting to them via email, over Zoom and the phone, as well as face to face. You should be able to deliver complicated
Time management – you should be focused on delivering for your client when we commit to specific deadlines and ongoing activity.
Passion – you should be passionate about Search Marketing and want to deliver the best results for your clients.
About the role and us:
This is a fairly flexible role. The role will evolve as your clients' requirements change and as the way people interact with search engines change. GrowTraffic isn't your standard nine to five business. Whilst we are pros at what we do, we're an informal bunch and we're determined to create the type of business we all want to work together in.
