Another top tip would be to keep up to date with changes in technology and social media platforms. Find a good social media management system such as Hootsuite or Buffer. These systems essentially help you keep track of your social media and manage your networking channels.
You can post to multiple networking streams, and you can see what people are saying about your business and respond almost instantly, effectively giving your customer service the edge over competitors who are not engaged in this way.
