Whenever I explain to people what I do and my methodology, I’m at pains to say that I’m a marketer who focuses on investment return.
I try and take a step back regularly and ask myself what I have learned about myself from the things I’ve just done.
I often talk to people, and they tell me they don’t want to do pay-per-click (PPC) as they don’t like paying for traffic. At this point, I tell them that there is no such thing as free organic traffic.
I’ve met many designers in my time as an internet marketer. I’ve steered them in most cases to get from them what I want, however.
