Well have we got some exciting news this week for you?!? Yes, you’ll be relieved to hear that this week’s blog is not about boring old SEO stuff this time…instead, they’re letting us all out of the office!
Next week – Thursday 26th April 2018 – the GT team (well, the larger part of it) will be de-camping down to Bramhall Lane for the Sheffield Business Show. And we’re all a little bit over-excited about it to be honest.
The Sheffield Business Show
As already mentioned, the Sheffield Business Show will be taking place on Thursday 26th April between 10:00 and 15:00 at the Sheffield United FC ground at Bramhall Lane, Sheffield.
Organised by Fresh Start Events, the Sheffield Business Show 2018 already has over 44 exhibitors booked and they are expecting more than 500 people through the door, so it’s guaranteed to be a busy day. Besides the networking opportunities with the other businesses there selling their wares, there will obviously be plenty of opportunity to get our name in front of a new audience of expo attendees, which we’re really looking forward to.
There will be a wide range of exhibitors attending from all sorts of sectors, such as the tech, legal and business services industries. In particular, the Federation of Small Businesses and Sheffield Chamber of Commerce will be there, along with many other great local and national businesses.
In addition to the numerous displays and stands that will be there showing off, there is also a full schedule of seminars happening on the day for delegates to attend, absolutely free of charge. The seminar sessions kick off at 10:30 with Craig Collinson’s talk on ‘How To Think Like A Winner’ and keep going throughout the day until the last one at 13:30 by Graham Robson entitled ‘GDPR – Is Your Business Ready?’. There’ll no doubt be some great information given away for nothing in these talks, so it’s worth popping along just to catch them.
GrowTraffic Will Be At The Sheffield Business Show
But of course, the most important exhibitor at the Sheffield Business Show will be us!
In addition to all the other businesses in attendance, the GT team will be there flying the GT flag, and we’ve even got ourselves all prepared for the occasion!
After many months of pestering by yours truly, GT’s official holder of the purse strings – Hannah Weinhold – has finally allowed me to have a new roller banner, which will reflect our new branding. Our content and design queen – Elicia McManus – has designed it and it’s now with the printers, and I can’t wait to see it.
We’ve also gone and designed a brand new brochure, which will explain all about the SEO and SEO Copywriting services we provide, along with why your business needs them. The fabulous and talented Elicia has also designed this and it looks awesome.
As well as the new branded merch, we’ll have a few special offers for visitors to our table too, the most exciting one of which is Pick N Mix! Yeah, you heard me…FREE Pick N Mix sweets for everyone who visits our stand on the day. Well, that’s assuming we haven’t eaten all the sweets ourselves before anyone else arrives!
We’ll also have a very special offer for anyone who signs up to our email mailing list on the day. All you need to do is come along and see us, leave us your business card, sign up to the email newsletter (and you have to physically sign up to it – we’re GDPR compliant don’t you know?!) and we’ll enter you into a free prize draw to win a £50 Amazon Gift Card.
I know – a £50 Amazon Gift Card!! Free sweets and online vouchers…you don’t get that from every SEO agency, do you?
Get Tickets To Sheffield Business Show
So if you’d like to pop along and say hello to the GT team – either to find out more about SEO or just to get some free sweeties – then why not book your ticket to the Sheffield Business Show now?
Tickets are completely free for a normal delegate ticket, which includes free entry into all the seminars, although you can book a special breakfast networking ticket if you prefer for just £8. With this option, you get to attend the morning networking session from 09:00 – 10:00 on 26th April, which incudes free tea or coffee and a breakfast roll or pastry, along with priority entry into the Sheffield Business Show itself.
Also, for those of you who are super-duper organised, you can even buy yourself an artisan coffee voucher for £2! Yeah, I have no idea what an artisan coffee is either – I’ll probably just risk it with a normal coffee to be honest – but each to their own, eh?!
What If I Can’t Attend The Sheffield Business Show?
Then your life will be bereft!
No; for those of you who aren’t able to attend the Sheffield Business Show for whatever reason, please don’t panic! I know you’re probably very excited to see our new roller banner, but it will be touring Yorkshire and Lancashire in the coming weeks so will likely be coming to a town nearer to you soon.
Also, we’ll be sharing our new brochure left, right and centre, so no doubt if you bump into us at a networking event soon you’ll be in receipt of one.
Plus, as a very special offer, until the day we attend the show (26th April 2018), we’re willing to enter any new sign-ups to our fortnightly email newsletter into the free prize draw for the £50 Amazon Gift Card, so why not sign up quickly and be in with a chance of winning? Even if you don’t win the voucher, you still win by receiving our fortnightly newsletter, which is packed full of useful and exciting information about improving your website.
Get In Touch
So, if you’d like to find out more about the Sheffield Business Show itself, whether you’re a delegate looking to attend, or are an SME looking to exhibit and get your business in front of a new audience, then you can find out more on the SBS website, along with the appropriate contact details for the organisers of the Sheffield Business Show.
On the other hand, if you’d like to find out more about GrowTraffic’s attendance, or if you’d like to come along and see us, then you can get in touch with us by popping us an email at email@example.com or giving us a bell on 0161 706 0012.
