At GrowTraffic, we’ve always prided ourselves on doing things a bit differently and challenging the status quo. Today, I’m excited to announce a new initiative that truly embodies this ethos – we’re now extending shares to all our current employees and every new member joining the GrowTraffic family will receive shares from day one.
Why Are We Doing This?
The decision to extend shares to all employees stems from the deeply held beliefs of us three directors – Hannah, Rachel and myself. We’ve always strived to run a business that’s reflective of our worldviews and personal values. For me personally, I’ve always felt a bit uncomfortable with the concept of profit extraction without sharing it equitably with those who help to create it. It just feels, well, a bit exploitative.
So, this is us taking a step in the right direction. By sharing our successes (and yes, failures too), more broadly, we’re ensuring each and all the GrowFos are fairly compensated for their hard work. Moreover, we want to ensure that every GrowFo has a voice in the key decisions we make about the business and the direction it takes.
Why It Matters
We firmly believe those who play a part in our growth should reap the rewards of that growth. It’s a simple principle, but one we’re deeply passionate about. By giving everyone on the team a stake in the business, we’re not only recognising their contribution but also empowering them to have a direct influence on our future.
This move, we believe, will foster a greater sense of ownership and commitment amongst our team, driving motivation and productivity and ultimately leading to better results for our clients.

The road ahead is exciting. Together, we will navigate the challenges, celebrate the victories and no doubt commiserate with each other from time to time whilst we continue to grow, not just as a business or a company, but as a team.
